- 2. Individually designed programs to meet camper’s special needs.
- 3. Leadership role in camp music (song and dance.)
- 4. Assist with planning/creating and participate in evening programs.
- 5. Help with special day and evening programs.

B. Apprise Program Assistants of
- 1. Activity material needs/wants.
- 2. Camper/Staff participation issues.

C. Develop, integrate and maintain
- 1. New programs.
- 2. Program room (tools and materials).
- 3. Camp spirit.

D. Other duties as assigned.

CAMPER NEEDS
|
A. Assist
- 1. Morning, Rest Hour and evening direct care, including lifting and transfers up to 70 pounds.
- 2. Mealtime.
- 3. Emergencies as needed.
- 4. Other duties as assigned.
B. Forward information to Program Assistants concerning each camper’s progress.

TEAMWORK
|
A. Orientation
- 1. Six day training session at the beginning of summer.
2. Orient staff to Creative Arts program at beginning of the summer (1-2 hr.).
3. Attend staff in-service during summer.
B. Maintain positive attitude throughout summer.

C. Maintain positive working relations with each member of the staff.
